September 2018 - Update. On October 2019 CSI Confections, LLC will have our new central campus facility completed with scaled up production systems move occurring around November 20th 2019. Orders will not be delayed during this time due to a staggered approach to the systems move, All three production lines will be operational during and up to the final day of our move.
This has been a long two year expansion project coming to completion. Our brew trials, documentation updates will be taking place once again along with new product releases after the move has taken place. |

March 2016 - CSI Confections, LLC has embarked upon the largest production expansion to date. Due to our increased product line and expanded reach into Oceania and Western Europe we have purchased a 34 acre commercially zoned parcel of land that will be our new campus headquarters. We expect to have the larger campus headquarters completed by December 2019. |

February 2016 New Product Release - CSI is proud to announce the release of two new products: D-240 Candi Syrup, the darkest of any candi syrup made and offered in the US. It is currently only offered in 50 lb bulk containers but will soon be offered in 1 lb retail packaging in the Fall of 2017. |

December 2015 - CSI Confections, LLC has successfully acquired 34.4 acres of commercial land in NC to build it's larger corporate campus. It is expected to begin breaking ground for the new facility in early 2016.

As of 2014 CSI Confections, LLC. will have increased to an effective production capacity of 1020 tons per annum. This equates to over 2 million lbs annually. Many thanks to brewers worldwide and our distributors in the US, Canada, and Europe for exceptional and successful sales. |

In March 2014, CSI Confections, LLC began experiencing an increase in bulk requests unlike any previous upturn in volume. In response two additional high capacity production lines are scheduled to be added onto our production lineup. These two new extremely large lines are scheduled to be implemented in late Summer 2014. |

As of November, 2013 Candi Syrup, Inc. completed a commercial capacity upgrade. Commercial lines for commercial brewers has been increased to 342 tons per year to meet the growing demand in the US for premium candi syrups and cassonade. |

Candi Syrup, Inc. will now be a part of a larger family of corporations wholly owned by CSI Confections, LLC. This will facilitate broader product reach and product innovation. Commercial breweries will now have a dedicated producer through the avenue of CSI Commercial Adjuncts, Inc. This will not affect existing distribution and supply contracts via Candi Syrup, Inc. |

The 2012 fiscal year for CSI has been one of constant growth. We added a line of three premium Belgian Soft Candi Sugars to our bulk offering and it has been overwhelmingly accepted here in the US and Canada. We have worked tirelessly to keep up with the demand. CSI has run at near-capacity since the release this year and we have nearly outgrown our new distribution warehouse after just 14 months.

Candi Syrup, Inc. has completed our long awaited move to a brand new commercial manufacturing floor and have signed with a national distributor in the US for distribution to over 800 LHBS stores across the United States. |

We have seen a growing following for our products in Western Europe. All CSI products are registered in North America (UPC-A) but have also been registered for EU sales, (EAN). In addition to US sales we are in negotiation to secure a Western European distributor to export our product to the EU. |
