2023 PRICING INCREASES 30 DAY NOTICE TO DISTRIBUTORS - 10/31/2023
Due to unprecedented sugar price increases in 2023 our prices will increase for bulk sales. This pricing increase will post on November 30, 2023 for the following categories of bulk items. Distributors may request a new pricing sheet 11/30/2023. Please note the following items to be discontinued and their dates:
- Cassonade 50lb lb Pails Brun Fonce, Brun Leger (discontinued 1/12/2024)
- BLANC Soft Sugar 50 lb Pails (discontinued 1/10/2024)
- 1.0 lb stand up pouches candi syrup (discontinued 1/12/2024)
OUT OF STOCK NOTICE AND BACKORDER POLICIES - 12/1/2023
* CSI Confections, LLC does not permit backorders on out-of-stock items.
* CSI Confections, LLC does not accept purchase orders during holiday or shutdown days.
We are currently out of stock of the following items until Q1 2024. As stated above we cannot take backorders or quote pricing on any item currently out of stock due to our inability to forecast bulk sugar prices in the current market. Pricing is set on the day purchase orders are accepted not on the day purchase order are issued. The following items are out of stock until the date attached to them:

Our syrups are sample tested in storage continuously at 60F. We guarantee the packaging and syrup quality for 6 months from time of manufacture. This assumes the product is unopened and has never been subjected to freezing or refrigeration temperatures. All products must never be frozen or refrigerated. Refrigeration of some products causes crystallization making it difficult to use. If you receive a pouch or container that shows external signs of damage please contact your reseller. If you believe you may have received a bulk product directly from CSI that is defective in any way, please feel free to contact CSI directly. We will gladly resolve the issue.
SHIPPING
All customer shipping selections outside of (1) FedEx Regular Ground and/or (2) FedEx Freight Priority is at the additional expense and sole risk of the buyer. CSI makes no warranty as to the delivery times or the accuracy of 3rd party shipping services. No refunds are provided for customer-selected shipping services. Customers assume their own risk of cost and delivery times when electing outside the CSI shipping modes which are: (1) FedEx Regular Ground and/or (2) FedEx Freight Priority. You may or may not receive the item at the time specified. An item delivered late even at greater expense is not refundable by CSI (FedEx considers “delivered” as a contract obligation met and will not refund shipping). If an item is lost or damaged prior to delivery or returned to us we will provide a refund or a replacement or using FedEx Regular Ground.
Items delivered to an address and subsequently removed or stolen are the responsibility of the buyer. CSI makes no warranty on item delivery once delivered to the specified address. All items shipped and delivered will have proof of shipment provided upon request.
DEBITS, ERRORS, AND CHARGES
RMA and Credit Memos: Account credit requests due to an error must be made in advance in order to receive an RMA authorization or a numbered Credit Memo issued by the CSI Sales team. Credits may not be deducted from invoices directly without prior authorization. All credits must be shown on CSI invoices only with a numbered Credit Memo line-item deduction or RMA number. All credits must be issued to the account within 30 days of purchase. If an unauthorized credit is deducted on a CSI invoice or T/T payment your account will be suspended until the issue is resolved.
EXW and FOB International orders: If an error is made in order picking CSI will gladly provide a correction to the shipment in the form of new product for customer pickup. The original shipment does not have to be returned, however, all shipping/freight costs for the new shipment are the sole responsibility of the purchaser.
